Indian Air Force Agniveervayu Eligibility 2026
Candidates must satisfy the educational and age-related requirements prescribed by the Indian Air Force.
Age Limit
Applicants must be born between 1 July 2005 and 1 January 2010 (both dates inclusive). Additionally, the upper age limit at the time of enrolment should not exceed 22 years.
Educational Qualification
Science Stream Candidates
Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and English with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
Alternatively, candidates with:
- Three-year engineering diploma in specified disciplines, or
- Two-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics
can also apply, subject to the prescribed marks requirement.
Other Than Science Stream
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English are eligible.
Those who have completed a two-year vocational course with the required marks can also apply.
Agniveervayu Physical Standards

Agniveervayu Salary 2026
Selected candidates will receive a fixed annual increment throughout the four-year engagement period.
