SBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.
Students in the final year or final semester of graduation are also eligible to apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of graduation on or before September 30, 2026. Professional degree holders such as Engineers, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, and Medical graduates are also eligible.

SBI PO Salary 2026
One of the biggest attractions of the SBI PO Recruitment 2026 is the compensation package.
The starting basic pay is ₹48,480, including four advance increments. The pay scale is:

SBI PO Selection Process 2026
The recruitment process consists of three stages:
Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
The online preliminary examination will carry 100 marks and include:

There will be no sectional cut-off in the preliminary examination. Approximately ten times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
